Heat Treating and Painting
Heat treatingHeat treating is a process where the physical or chemical properties of a material will change due to heat treatment techniques. Components are then toughened and strengthened after heat treating.
BOS Industrial provides the following services:
High Frequency HeatingHigh frequency heating is a metalworking process for heating metals using high frequency currents. In this process, the shape and overall chemical components remain the same, while improving the interior quality.
Integral QuenchIntegral quench hardening is a mechanical process in which machine components undergo a uniform quenching, ensuring low carbon steel is tougher.
Vacuum HardeningDuring vacuum hardening, material is heated in the absence of oxygen via convection of an inert gas (N₂) and / or heat radiation under pressure.
CarburizingCarburizing is a heat treatment process in which iron or steel absorbs carbon while the metal is heated in the presence of a carbon-bearing material, such as charcoal or carbon monoxide.
Flame HardeningFlame hardening is a common surface hardening method. Metal surfaces, such as steel, are heated with a high-temperature flame and then quenched. This results in a hard surface that is more corrosion and wear resistant.
PaintingJust choose the part you need to be painted, then the color or effect you want (metallic for example), and we will do the rest, and at an affordable price. Our professional team will make sure that everything is painted perfectly (no missed spots, blobs, darker or lighter areas).
